3D Printed Stocking Stuffers Under $15: 7 Ideas With Prices

6 min readBy Mandarin 3D

The best 3D printed stocking stuffers are small, personal and useful: a name keychain, a bookmark, a name ornament, cable clips, an SD or game card holder, or a phone stand. At Mandarin 3D each of the seven ideas below costs $9.24 to $13.01 delivered (quoted Nov 4, 2026, before tax), fits in a stocking and prints in under two hours.

A stocking stuffer has a hard job. It has to be small, cheap and still feel like it was picked for that person. A name or an exact fit does that better than anything off a store shelf. Every idea here is a ready-made part you can change in one click (the name, the size, the slot count) and order without a 3D file.

The seven ideas and what they cost

Real quotes from our quote API on November 4, 2026, one piece each, PLA, shipped by USPS Ground Advantage anywhere in the US, before tax:

Why they all land between $9 and $13: every order has a $3.50 order fee and USPS postage of $5.51-$5.73 for a parcel this light. The part itself is $0.23 to $3.78. That's also why a second copy is cheap (see below).

Name keychain

The classic. A rounded tag with the name in raised letters, 1.4 mm proud so it stays readable after years in a pocket. The tag grows with the name and stays under 90 mm long; long names get smaller letters instead. It takes a standard split ring (not included). Good for keys, backpacks, gym bags and pet carriers.

Personalized bookmark

New in the catalog. A 150 x 36 mm strip with the name running along its length and a 5 mm hole for a tassel. It's 2.8 mm thick, stiffer than paper, so it suits reading copies and planners more than rare hardcovers. Go down to 120-140 mm for paperbacks, up to 180 mm for big books.

Name ornament

A 75 mm disc with the name across the middle and the year below. It lives in the stocking on Christmas morning and on the tree every year after. Our ornament guide covers sizes and fonts if you want to design your own. Keep it on LED lights: PLA softens around 55-60 °C.

Cable clips

The practical one. A set of three clips sized to the exact cable (3-12 mm), up to six cables each, mounted with double-sided tape (not included). Measure the cable with calipers or a ruler and round up. For the person whose charger always falls behind the desk.

SD card holder

A small block with slots for SD and microSD cards, the gift for anyone with a camera, a drone or a retro console. Set the count of each (up to 12 SD and 16 microSD) so it matches what they actually own.

Game card holder

For Switch and Switch 2 cards (the same size), DS and 3DS cards, or Game Boy cartridges, 2 to 24 slots. A loose pile of tiny game cards is easy to lose; this keeps them standing on a shelf. Details on card sizes in our Switch 2 card holder guide.

Phone stand

The biggest one here, and still stocking sized. It's made to the phone's thickness with its case (7-18 mm), leans at the angle you pick and has a slot for the charging cable. For a desk, a nightstand or a kitchen counter.

Several of the same part costs little more

Because the order fee and postage are per order, extra copies of the same part only add the part price. Delivered totals from the same quotes:

Game card holder$10.59$12.39$16.01

Different names count as different parts. To get a set of names in one package, order one and email the other names to orders@mandarin3d.com, and we put them in one order. For the stockings themselves, there's a ready-made set: personalized stocking tags, four names for $19.99 shipped.

Two colors

Raised letters can be a different color from the base without paint: the color switches at the layer where the letters start. Pick the multicolor option on the quote page, $3.00 per extra stocked color per order, and add a note like "letters white, tag red". Stocked PLA colors are black, white, gray, red, blue and green.

Timing for Christmas

Printing starts Fri, Nov 6, at your door by Fri, Nov 13. Order in November or the first week of December to be safe; USPS Ground Advantage slows down in the last two weeks before Christmas.

What we won't print

These are for older kids and adults. We don't print toys or items made mainly for children 12 and under, and nothing with a brand logo or a character you don't have the rights to. The full list is on prohibited items.

Questions

What are good 3D printed stocking stuffers?

Small parts with a name or a purpose: name keychains, bookmarks, name ornaments, cable clips, SD card and game card holders, and phone stands. All of them fit in a stocking and print in under two hours.

How much do 3D printed stocking stuffers cost?

At Mandarin 3D the seven ideas here quoted at $9.24 to $13.01 each, delivered, on Nov 4, 2026, before tax. Most of that is the $3.50 order fee and USPS postage, so a second copy of the same part adds as little as $0.23.

When should I order 3D printed gifts for Christmas?

In November or the first week of December. USPS Ground Advantage gets slower close to Christmas, and the quote page shows the current ship date before you pay.

Can you 3D print toys as stocking stuffers?

We don't print toys or items made mainly for children 12 and under. Keychains, bookmarks, organizers and stands for older kids and adults are fine.
