These terms are an agreement between you and [Entity legal name] ("Mandarin3D", "we", "us"), a Florida [limited liability company] at [street address]. By placing an order on mandarin3d.com you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, Prohibited Items Policy and [DMCA Policy]. You must tick the box at checkout confirming that you have read these terms, including section 6 (all sales final).

1. What we do

You upload a 3D model, or design one with our AI designer, we give you a price, and you pay us. We print it, or have an independent, vetted printer ("Printer") print it, and ship it. We are the seller: you pay us, your receipt comes from us, and you deal with us for support. Printers are independent businesses, not our employees.

Every order is custom made to your file and your choices. That is why our cancellation, refund and reprint rules in section 6 are strict.

2. Who can use Mandarin3D

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and live in the United States.

3. Your files

1. You keep ownership of your designs.
2. You give us a limited license to store, view, slice, analyze, quote and print your file, and to share it with the Printer assigned to your order, only to fulfil your order, provide support and enforce these terms. We don't publish your files or use them to train AI models, and we don't sell them.
3. You promise that you created the design or have a license that allows paid printing (many free models, including Creative Commons "NonCommercial" ones, don't), and that printing and shipping it won't break any law or anyone's copyright, patent, trademark or other rights.
4. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe breaks these terms or our Prohibited Items Policy, with a full refund if nothing has shipped.

4. Prices, fees and taxes

The price shown before you pay is the full price of the part. Shipping and sales tax are shown as separate lines before you pay. We collect and send sales tax to the state where required. Prices can change until you pay; once you pay, your price is fixed.

AI design fee. If your part was designed with our AI designer, a design fee of 5% of the print price is added and shown as its own line before you pay. The fee is for the design work and is not refundable once the order is placed.

4A. AI-designed parts

1. Our AI designer turns your description into a 3D model. Before you order, you see the model and its dimensions and can change them. You are responsible for checking that the design, its dimensions and its fit are right for your use before you order. We print exactly the model you approve.
2. We don't promise that an AI-designed part will fit, work or be strong enough for your purpose. A part that matches the approved model is not defective, even if it doesn't fit or work the way you hoped.
3. You may use the printed parts for any lawful purpose. The design files stay with us and aren't available for download. [Attorney: confirm ownership/licence of AI-generated models and our right to reuse generic templates.]
4. We may refuse to generate or print any design, including anything in our Prohibited Items Policy or that copies someone else's product or brand.

5. Making and shipping your order

1. Each order shows an estimated ship-by date. If we can't ship by then, we'll email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
2. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.
3. Printers use the materials, colors and settings you chose. FDM printing has visible layer lines, small support marks and normal tolerances of about ±[0.3] mm or ±[0.5]%, whichever is greater. These are not defects.

6. All sales final: cancellations, refunds and reprints

Every order is custom made, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, ordering by mistake, or a part that matches your file and options but doesn't fit, work or look the way you expected.

Cancellation. You can cancel for a full refund only within [1 hour] of paying and only if printing hasn't started. After that, orders can't be cancelled.

What we cover. Only the problems below, only if you send the evidence listed in time, and the remedy is our choice: a reprint of the affected parts, store credit, or, only if we can't reprint, a refund of the affected parts.

Not covered:

1. Anything that comes from your file or the design you approved: wrong scale or units, thin walls, poor fit, weak features, tolerances, or how it works.
2. AI-designed parts that match the model you approved (section 4A).
3. Normal FDM characteristics: layer lines, support marks, small color or finish differences, and tolerances within section 5.
4. Parcels that tracking shows as delivered to the address you gave, including theft after delivery, and wrong addresses you entered.
5. Damage from use, misuse, heat, sunlight, or any use section 7 prohibits.
6. Claims made after the deadlines above.

Late orders. If we can't ship by the ship-by date, we'll tell you and you can wait or cancel for a full refund, as required by law.

Any reprint, credit or refund we give outside these rules is a one-time courtesy and doesn't change these rules for later orders.

7. How you may use the parts

Parts are general-purpose plastic parts. Don't use them for food or drink contact, medical uses, child toys, safety or load-bearing uses where failure could hurt someone, near high heat, or anything in our Prohibited Items Policy. You are responsible for deciding whether a part is suitable for your use.

8. Warranty

We promise that your parts will match your file and chosen options within the tolerances in section 5. Other than that promise, the service and parts are provided "as is," and to the extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

1. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, downtime, or damage caused by using a part in a way section 7 tells you not to.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

10. You protect us

If someone claims that your file, or a part made from it, infringes their rights or breaks the law, you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including attorney's fees. We'll tell you about the claim and let you help defend it.

11. Payments, chargebacks and reviews

Payments are processed by Shopify (Shopify Payments).

Chargebacks. You agree to contact us at orders@mandarin3d.com and give us [5 business days] to respond before disputing a charge with your bank. If you dispute a charge for an order that was delivered as ordered, or for a reason these terms don't cover, we will contest the dispute and give your bank our records: your acceptance of these terms at checkout (time and IP address), the file, model preview and options you approved, photos of your parts before shipping, and the carrier's tracking and delivery records. We may refuse future orders from anyone who files disputes that are decided in our favor. [Attorney: whether we can recover dispute fees.]

Reviews must be honest and about your own order. We don't pay for positive reviews or hide negative ones, but we remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal information.

12. Suspension

We may refuse orders from anyone who breaks these terms, uploads prohibited or infringing files repeatedly, or abuses Printers or staff.

13. Disputes

1. Contact us first at orders@mandarin3d.com; we'll try to resolve it within 30 days.
2. These terms are governed by Florida law. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts in Duval County, Florida, except that either of us may use small claims court where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email you or show a notice before they take effect. Orders already paid follow the terms in place when you paid.
