Questions

Can I get a Raspberry Pi or Arduino case 3D printed?

Yes. Upload the STL, 3MF or STEP file and the price shows in seconds. Cases up to 250 × 250 × 250 mm print in one piece, in PLA, and ship anywhere in the US in 3-5 days.

Is PLA OK for an electronics enclosure?

Indoors, yes. PLA softens around 55 °C, so add vents for a Raspberry Pi under load, keep it out of hot cars and direct sun, and leave regulators and motor drivers room to breathe.

Where do I find an enclosure file for my board?

Printables, Thingiverse and MakerWorld have cases for most Raspberry Pi, Arduino and ESP32 boards. For a custom board, draw a box around the PCB size in Onshape or Fusion, or describe it to the AI designer.

How much does a 3D printed enclosure cost?

It depends on size and wall thickness. A 60 × 40 × 30 mm box is $12.18 delivered; a 150 × 100 × 40 mm tray is $18.93.
