What it's for

Spacers and standoffs for circuit boards, panels, brackets and furniture, in the exact length you need instead of the nearest one in a kit. Pick the screw and the hole is made with clearance for it: M3 gets 3.4 mm, M4 4.5 mm, #8 4.4 mm.

The outside diameter is up to you; the wall never gets thinner than 1.2 mm, so a small spacer on a big screw grows to stay strong. Ends are flat with a light chamfer.

One quote is one spacer. Set the quantity in the price panel: ten cost little more than one, because the order fee and shipping are shared.

Questions

What tolerance should I expect?

About ±0.3 mm on length and diameter. For an exact stack, order a little short and add a washer.

Are PLA spacers strong enough?

For holding boards, panels and light brackets apart, yes. They are not for engines, heat or structural loads.

Do you make threaded standoffs?

Not in the catalog. Use Customize more and ask the AI designer for a hole sized for a heat-set insert, or upload your own file.
